These website terms apply to My Credit Syndicate, operated by King & Company POA LLC. Your signed credit-repair or consulting agreement controls the specific services, fees, cancellation rights, and other client terms.

Services

My Credit Syndicate provides credit education, credit-report review, administrative dispute assistance, progress tracking, and related services described in the applicable written agreement. We do not guarantee deletion of any item, a specific credit score, financing approval, or a particular result.

Accurate information

Accurate, current, and verifiable negative information cannot lawfully be removed merely because it is unfavorable. Disputes must have a good-faith factual basis. Identity-theft claims are used only when the consumer actually reports identity theft.

Billing

Fees are billed in accordance with the signed agreement and applicable law. My Credit Syndicate’s operating workflow is designed to issue service invoices after the applicable agreed service has been completed and documented.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely documents, current contact information, and truthful statements about disputed accounts and identity-theft claims.

Website use

Do not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with service operation. Third-party services such as credit monitoring, e-signature, payment processing, and client portals may have separate terms.
