My Credit Syndicate Dispute Center
Start, approve, and track your credit-repair dispute process from one place.
We use a factual, evidence-based process focused on information that may be inaccurate, incomplete, obsolete, or unverifiable. We do not submit false identity-theft claims or dispute accurate information simply because it is negative.
How your dispute moves through the system
- Credit report intake: Your report is imported or reviewed and confirmed before any dispute work begins.
- Factual audit: We review personal information, account history, inquiries, collections, public records, dates, balances, payment history, and other reported fields for specific issues.
- Dispute reasons: Each challenged item receives a specific factual reason tied to the information being questioned.
- Dispute Plan: Your dispute plan is built in ScoreCEO so the exact accounts and issues being addressed are documented.
- Client approval: You review and approve the plan through your secure portal when approval is required.
- Letters and submissions: The appropriate credit-bureau, creditor/furnisher, or regulatory correspondence is prepared from the approved plan.
- Tracking and follow-up: Responses and updated reports are reviewed, results are recorded, and the next appropriate step is scheduled. A normal investigation cycle is commonly about 30–45 days.

What makes a dispute valid?
A dispute should identify a real issue with reported information. Examples can include an incorrect balance, wrong payment status, wrong dates, mixed-file information, duplicate reporting, obsolete information, an account that does not belong to the consumer, or information that cannot be verified after a proper investigation.
Accurate, verifiable negative information is not guaranteed to be removed. Identity theft should only be claimed when identity theft actually occurred. Our goal is an accurate credit file and a documented process—not a promise of a specific deletion or score increase.
